Identity and authorized access
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only profiles and records you are entitled to access. Do not impersonate a person, clinician or organization, share another person’s health data without authority, evade account restrictions or seek access beyond your role. Report a suspected compromised account promptly.
Respect and safe content
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, exploit children, publish others’ private information, infringe intellectual property, send spam or distribute malware or unlawful material. Help-seeking about distress or self-harm is treated sensitively; it is not itself misconduct. Afiyah is not a continuously monitored crisis service.
Technical and AI misuse
Do not bypass access controls, extract secrets, manipulate instructions to access restricted information, overload systems or conduct unauthorized security testing. Do not use outputs to diagnose, prescribe or make an unsupported high-impact decision about a person. Nothing here prevents lawful reporting, interoperability or security research protected by mandatory law. Arrange authorized testing through privacy@getafiyah.com.
Organizations and fair treatment
Employers and partners may use only the agreed lawful reporting scope. Do not covertly monitor individuals, attempt to identify people in suppressed or aggregated groups, or use private wellbeing information to discriminate in employment, insurance or access to care. An individual’s consent must not be coerced through an optional wellbeing programme.
Proportionate action and review
We may remove unsafe content, warn, restrict a feature or suspend an account proportionately to a substantiated breach. Serious security or safeguarding risks may require immediate action and lawful reporting. We explain material restrictions and provide a review route where safe and lawful. Mandatory consumer remedies and legitimate complaints are preserved. See Content, community and moderation. and Membership and billing terms..
