Care providers · Annual value scenario
Model otherwise empty appointment slots, completed paid care and genuinely new patient first visits. Change the estimate inputs to fit your service.
Capacity value: USD 4,901.29 per year at your entered hourly staff cost. This values released staff time; it is not added to cash cost avoidance or revenue.
Gross collections = otherwise unused capacity × incremental fill rate × completed/paid rate × collected amount × active months. New patient or customer first visits/orders are a subset of those completions, not extra revenue. Contribution deducts the variable, acquisition and annual programme costs entered above; fixed costs and taxes are excluded.
Use the same baseline and period. Exclude displaced or merely rescheduled visits, duplicates, unpaid bills and existing patient follow ups from new patient counts. Annual first visit estimates assume distinct new people each month. Patient time is a separate scenario; avoid counting the same journey across partners. Necessary clinical care is retained.
