Sanad and AI. Clear purpose, human oversight.

Understand the difference between the website guide and private-service intelligence, what an action can do and how to question an output.

Finding your country preference…

The public website guide

The text-only website guide uses authored product information and local matching rules. It does not call a generative AI provider, analyze medical uploads or access private accounts. Conversation context stays in page memory. A same-tab page suggestion can carry recent questions and an unsent draft through session storage for up to five minutes; it is removed on arrival or a new conversation. The guide cannot silently send chat to the team, purchase, book care or submit a form. You review and submit any enquiry yourself.

Private-service intelligence and limits

Within an enabled feature, Sanad can help organize permitted health and wellness information, explain source material, identify patterns and prepare practical next steps, reminders or care questions. Descriptive summaries, predictions and proactive suggestions carry different uncertainty and risk. Preparation is not a completed booking, prescription, insurer decision or delivery. Those actions require the proper authority, verified integration and confirmation by the responsible organization.

Data, providers and training

An AI feature must disclose its purpose, data used, provider role, processing location, retention and any transfer safeguards before sensitive processing. GCC record hosting does not mean every external model runs in the same country. Direct Samsung device records remain on the phone and are excluded from external AI sharing. Do not send health data to an unapproved public AI tool. Optional research or model training needs a distinct lawful basis and notice; ordinary service consent is not permission for unrelated training.

Grounding, uncertainty and clinical boundaries

Keep source dates, units, reference ranges and uncertainty visible. Do not invent missing data or present a generated explanation as an original clinical result. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable; verify consequential information with a qualified professional. Sanad does not diagnose, prescribe or replace clinical care. Do not start, stop or change treatment based only on an output. Read Medical and wellbeing disclaimer..

Prohibited consequential uses

Do not use AI alone to determine clinical treatment, employment discipline, insurance eligibility or access to an essential service. No covert monitoring, manipulative exploitation of vulnerability or unauthorized sensitive profiling is permitted. A responsible human must review the relevant evidence, have authority to override and provide a challenge route for consequential decisions.

Evaluation and release controls

Each AI capability requires an owner, inventory entry, intended-use and limitations record, risk assessment and proportionate evaluation for source accuracy, clinical safety, privacy, bias and security. Higher-risk changes require qualified review, appropriate impact assessment, monitoring and a rollback route before release. Internal risk tiers are not legal classifications or evidence of independent certification. Changes in model, data use or significant capability trigger review and any required fresh notice or consent.

Review a response or consequential decision

Contact contact@getafiyah.com for a product response or privacy@getafiyah.com for personal-data or consequential-decision concerns. Provide a safe reference and remove health details from ordinary email. We aim to acknowledge a review request within two business days and resolve it within ten business days, explaining complex extensions. A shorter statutory deadline takes priority. The public guide and these mailboxes are not emergency monitoring services.

Media and evidence

Website journeys depict service workflows with AI-generated narration. They are not patient testimonials, completed partner transactions or measured Afiyah outcomes. A bounded internal clinical-rules review does not validate the whole product. Published reference organizations do not endorse or certify Afiyah merely because their materials are cited.
