A clearer understanding
Clear answers about measurement, privacy and the support around you.
Read our privacy approachThe WHO 5 method uses five self reported statements about the previous two weeks. Each answer has a value from 0 to 5. The total, from 0 to 25, is multiplied by four for a result from 0 to 100. Higher results reflect greater self reported wellbeing. The result is a reflection, not a diagnosis or an overall health score.
This page explains the wellbeing approach and does not collect assessment answers. Afiyah’s licensed WHO 5 experience is currently limited to its controlled adult English assessment build. Assessment access follows the selected person, health data consent and service availability.
Private WHO 5 answers and scores are excluded from AI context. You can choose an everyday goal to discuss with Sanad. Other health records, daily context and saved Heart checks follow their own permission controls; a wellbeing reflection does not automatically share them.
You can reflect, record your day and choose a goal without a wearable. Compatible connections can add supported measurements where available. The device, health platform, permissions and region determine which readings can be brought in.
Compare your own dated assessments and remember that WHO 5 looks back over two weeks. A daily mood entry, wearable reading or completed action is a different kind of information. Afiyah keeps these separate so a change in one is not presented as proof that another improved.
If changes in how you feel persist, affect daily life or concern you, discuss them with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not wait for another assessment to seek support. Afiyah supports reflection and care preparation and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring.
