Service eligibility and currency
A country in the selector does not mean every service, payment method or partner integration is available there. The UAE display uses AED; Syria uses USD. Other listed countries display indicative USD unless a confirmed local offer states otherwise. We do not accept an unsupported order. Public information and educational content remain distinct from regulated private services.
United Arab Emirates and GCC countries
The UAE federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Saudi Arabia’s PDPL and implementing rules are addressed in Privacy governance and accountability. and Your data. Practical rights.. UAE health-sector legislation applies where it governs the data. Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait have their own data-protection, health, transfer and consumer rules. The service agreement identifies applicable hosting, professional responsibilities, permissions and complaint routes. A UAE trade licence or a GCC hosting location is not permission to provide every regulated service across the region.
Lebanon
A service offered in Lebanon must satisfy applicable personal-data, consumer, electronic-transactions and healthcare requirements, including any required authorization and notice. Law 81/2018 is relevant to the applicability assessment. Access to this website alone is not evidence of a local healthcare authorization.
Syria
Syria uses USD for website membership display. This does not establish local payment availability, processor eligibility or permission for regulated health-data processing. The actual offer must confirm the supported service and lawful payment route; no country restriction is bypassed by selecting another currency or country.

Local rights, language and transfers
Mandatory local protections and competent complaint routes take priority over conflicting general terms. Arabic and English policy versions are available. A local representative, additional consent, healthcare authorization or transfer safeguard is identified where legally required for the service. Information about EU, UK or US rules does not announce launch or legal approval in those markets.
