Cancellation and refunds.
Stop renewal, understand your paid period and request help with a charge. These provisions form part of the membership and billing terms.

Cancel future renewals
Cancel through the billing controls for your account before the next renewal. If that route is unavailable, email contact@getafiyah.com with the account or invoice reference; do not send card details. We confirm cancellation and the effective end date. Unless a refund or mandatory right changes this, access continues until the paid period ends and no further renewal is charged. Cancelling renewal does not itself delete the account or health records.
Refunds and mandatory rights
Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a correctly supplied paid period. We correct duplicate or unauthorized charges, billing errors and services not supplied as agreed. Applicable law may require a refund, partial refund, correction or repeat performance. Mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal and cancellation rights prevail, with their deadlines and lawful exceptions. Starting use does not create a blanket waiver. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible; your bank’s processing time varies and statutory deadlines still apply. Contact contact@getafiyah.com with your invoice reference and the reason.
Plan, price and payment changes
A plan change shows its effective date and any charge, credit or proration before you confirm. Price changes apply prospectively with reasonable notice and a chance to cancel before the new charge. A failed payment may trigger an authorized retry or an authentication request; it is not a paid renewal and permits no undisclosed penalty. Any grace period, retry schedule and restriction on access is explained in your offer or payment notice. Required notice and consumer remedies remain available.
Questions and complaints
Contact privacy@getafiyah.com for privacy, permissions, deletion or security concerns, and contact@getafiyah.com for service complaints. Include a brief description and a safe reference; do not attach health records, identity documents, passwords or card details to an initial email. We verify identity and authority before releasing or changing personal data. You may complain to the competent regulator or court without first giving up any statutory right.
