Pulse Analytics. Useful without intrusion.
Measure participation, continuity and service value with role-specific dashboards, defined metrics and accountable human decisions.

Finding your country preference…
Purpose, scope and workflows
Pulse Analytics supports the agreed personal, provider, employer or insurer reporting purpose. Each measure needs a definition, source, date, denominator and limitation. Public dashboard views and published external study figures are distinguished from verified customer results. A study result is not an Afiyah outcome or a guarantee for your organization.
Access by role and authority
Individuals see their permitted personal context. Providers see records and workflows within their care relationship and authority. Employers normally receive aggregated participation and programme measures, not private diagnoses or conversations. Insurers receive only authorized case information or the agreed lawful aggregate scope. Sponsorship, administrator status or a full analytics tier does not override permissions.
Aggregation, exports and re-identification
Small groups and combinations that could reveal a person require suppression, grouping or another documented safeguard. The approved threshold depends on the dataset and risk, not a universal claim that any fixed group size is anonymous. Restrict drill-down and export to the authorized purpose, log consequential access and prohibit attempts to re-identify people. Pseudonymized data remains personal data.
Predictions and human review
A trend, forecast or suggested next step can be uncertain or biased. Validate data quality and suitability before acting. Pulse must not be the sole basis for diagnosis, prescribing, employment discipline, insurance eligibility or another consequential decision. The responsible professional reviews the context and can challenge or override an output. Request correction or human review through privacy@getafiyah.com.
Tier scope and data lifecycle
Provider Prime includes basic Pulse Analytics and provider Ever includes the full scope in the written offer. Both follow the same permission and privacy rules. Data-source connections, refresh rates, exports and any separately priced service are defined in the agreement. Identifiable and derived data follow /data-retention; genuinely anonymous statistics are treated separately.
