INSIGHT REVIEW

A completed visit should have a visible next step.

36Confirmed visits
28Completed visits
22Next steps recorded
01 · Evidence

Show the basis.

28 completed visits − 22 recorded next steps = 6 documentation items. The denominator is completed visits, not all appointments.

Reporting basis · Same defined cohort
02 · Interpretation

6 completed visits have no next step recorded.

Flag the open workflow for review. The observation does not establish its cause or a clinical outcome.

03 · Proposed follow-through

Put the next step with its owner.

Prepare the six-item documentation queue for the responsible care team. A team member reviews the source status and decides the appropriate follow-up.

The intelligence behind the report

More than a status update.
A connected review loop.

Pulse connects reporting with interpretation and a reviewable next step. Each additional intelligence layer needs its own data quality, evaluation and operating scope.

01 · Descriptive

What happened?

Review defined KPIs, historical trends, service statuses and open work in a ready-made report.

02 · Diagnostic

What needs a closer look?

Inspect the source and cohort behind a change. Separate a possible explanation from established evidence.

03 · Predictive

What might be ahead?

Proposed workflow outlooks should state their horizon, assumptions and uncertainty, with validated model performance.

04 · Prescriptive

What could we do next?

Prepare a practical next-step proposal with its reasoning, owner and permission requirements.

05 · Proactive

What needs attention before the next review?

Surface an outstanding handover or participation gap, with an agreed route for review and escalation.

06 · Adaptive

What changed after the response?

Use confirmed responses and subsequent observations to inform the next review, with a traceable change history.

A scoped implementation

Start with the decisions.
Verify the route to them.

Agree the reporting purpose and the responsible people before connecting information or activating a programme.

  1. 01

    Agree the scope

Define the audience, population, decisions, metrics and permitted reporting purpose.

  2. 02

    Verify the connections

Confirm system authority, available status updates, identity and person-specific permissions.

  3. 03

    Validate the view

Reconcile counts and calculations; test role access, data handling and operating responsibilities.

  4. 04

    Activate and review

Confirm the deployment and service scope, then review reporting quality and follow-through.

Are these live dashboards?

Published benchmarks use attributed external research and case studies. Dashboard figures do not represent live Afiyah results. Availability and activation depend on a verified, agreed implementation.

Can an employer see an employee’s health records?

Sponsored access and permitted aggregate programme reporting do not grant access to private employee records, readings or Sanad conversations. Reporting thresholds and permissions require agreement.

Does an insight make a clinical or coverage decision?

No. Accountable people review consequential actions. Clinical judgement stays with qualified professionals; coverage decisions remain with the insurer.

What information can be connected?

The permitted information and connection method are agreed for the programme. Selected records, app participation and returned partner statuses have different authority, processing and hosting scopes.
